Welcome to Mrs. Bezubiak's afternoon kindergarten movie making project! The students in our class worked together in small groups to create their storyboards. This was the first step in the project. From here, the students decided what props, backgrounds, and characters they needed to create in order to bring their ideas from paper to film. The students worked on their own time to prepare and organize everything they needed for their project.
The students had assistance with the filming of their movies and the video editing, however, the main decisions and ideas were all up to the students. They decided what video clips they wanted to include in the movie and which ones they wanted to edit out. They also chose colours, text, animation, and slide transition to finish their movie in a video editing computer program. Here are some examples of storyboards and movies from the class. Enjoy!
