1. You, the learner, need to have the idea and do the camera shots using a digital still or digital video camera.
2. You, the learner, need to show your learning creatively. See "How to Make a Movie".
3. You, the learner, need to listen to your technology coach (teacher/parent/mentor) you edit your video. As a technology coach your assistance is verbal only. Both learner and coach will need to sign the application to verify that the movie is student created.
4. Contest begins November 15, 2003. Send in your movie as soon as you have it completed. Sending it in before the deadline will assist the organizers. All movies need to be post-marked by February 28, 2004. All entries will be screened and judging will take place between March 1 and March 15, 2004.
5. Winners will be announced on March 20, 2004 by:

Winners will be expected to grant permission for web publication of their movies.
6. Movies will be returned if a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) is enclosed.
7. All CD's and DVD's must be clearly labeled with learner name, movie title and e-mail address.
8. Have fun while you create your own movie!
